Refund Policy

Failed videos

If a video fails to render, the credits it used are returned to your account automatically. You do not need to ask.

Unused credits

You can request a refund of a credit pack within 14 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used. If some were used, we refund the unused share of the pack price.

Videos you did not like

AI results vary. If a video came out badly (for example, a face is clearly wrong), email us within 7 days with the date of the video. We will return the credits for that video so you can try again with different photos.

How to request a refund

Email support@tinydeskai.run from the address on your account with the purchase date. Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment partner Waffo and usually arrive within 5–10 business days.

Not refundable

Credits used on content removed for breaking our terms, and packs bought more than 14 days ago.
