Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect when you use tinydeskai.run and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address and name, and a password hash or the login provider you chose.
• Photos you upload and the videos made from them.
• Payment records: what you bought and when. Card details are handled by our payment partner Waffo; we never see or store them.
• Usage data: pages visited and basic device information, through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.

How we use it

• To make your videos and show them in My videos.
• To run your account, credits and payments.
• To answer support requests.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.

Your photos

Photos are sent to our AI video provider only to render your video. We do not use your photos or videos to train AI models, and we do not sell them. Uploaded photos are deleted 30 days after upload. Generated videos stay in your account until you ask us to delete them.

Service providers

We share data only with the providers we need to run the service: hosting and storage, the AI video provider, Waffo for payments, an email provider, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Each processes data on our behalf.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in and, through analytics tools, to measure traffic.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account, photos and videos. Email support@tinydeskai.run from the address on your account. We complete deletion requests within 30 days.

Children

The service is not for anyone under 18, and photos of minors may not be uploaded.

Changes

We will update the date at the top when this policy changes.
